A classic gimlet cocktail, one of the only cocktails to utilize the need for Rose’s Lime Juice. We’re building three gimlet cocktails with three gins: Hendricks, Greenhook Ginsmiths and Oxley.

Why three? To see if the floral properties of one are better than the dry gin classic or the higher end crisp and clean refined nature of Oxley. Does any one style matter?
